Q. I think I might be short a box ?
A. Check the front of the box. There may be labeling that indicates that one of your boxes has more than 50 pods. For example "100 Pack". If this is not the case then please contact us and we will make sure everything is taken care of.
Q. Sometimes when I get my coffee it seems like the packages are puffed up more than usual. Why?
A. Puffing of packages is the result of the coffee being packaged too soon. Fresh coffee releases CO2 after it is cooked, and if packaged early will puff up the sealed packages. We think fresh coffee is better coffee.
